The Taylor & Francis Group is an international publishing company headquartered in Milton Park, Oxfordshire in the United Kingdom that was founded in 1852. They publish books and academic journals. It is now the academic publishing division of Informa plc, a United Kingdom-based publisher and conference company.  Taylor & Francis have over 2700 journals and publish about 7,000 new books each year. They acquired CRC Press in 2003 which started publishing books in the USA in 1973 and is it now operated as a division of Taylor & Francis based in Boca Raton, Florida. Routledge is a popular imprint of Taylor & Francis.
