Reverdin:
Removal of wedge of bone, leave ‘hinge’ of cortical bone on lateral side of head – wedge is closed realigns hallux on metatarsal in a more rectus position
Indicated for high PASA. Often used with a McBride procedure, especially if HAV is advanced but still has adequate range of motion.
