Rita is passionate about human performance and keeping athletes strong and resilient. A native of Cleveland, OH, Rita earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science from Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio, a master’s degree in physical therapy from Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio, and a master’s degree in athletic training from the University of Findlay in Findlay, Ohio. She continued her education by earning a doctorate in physical therapy from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas.
