Systolic Pressure in Feet:
Cuff inflated above ankle to just above systolic pressure – Doppler probe is used to detect flow as cuff inflated – level at which first sound is heard is considered to be the systolic pressure of that vessel (either dorsalis pedis or posterior tibial)
