Posterior drawer test

Posterior drawer test:
Knee flexed 90º – patient’s foot kept stable by examiner ‘sitting’ on it – Tibia is pushed posteriorly to test for amount of movement and quality of end range of motion. Compare to normal side. To test the posterolateral capsular integrity – repeat test with tibia externally rotated.
