Chondrosarcoma
Malignant cartilaginous tumour. Usually males aged 50-60.Present with persistent dull ache – most in femur, hip and pelvis; slowly progressive pain
X-ray – radiolucent with speckled calcification
Treatment – wide limb salvage excision.
