Magnesium:
Sources – green leaves, nuts, cereal grains, seafood
Function – bone and tooth formation, nerve conduction, muscle contraction, enzymes
Deficiency  hypomagnaesmia, neuromuscular irritability
Toxicity  hypermagnesaemia, hypotension, respiratory failure, cardiac problems
