Polypropylene is a thermoplastic material used in sheet form for vacuum heat molding orthotic shells or milling the shell from blocks of polypropylene

Sheets for orthotics from 2mm to 6 mm thick – most labs default to 3mm unless specify otherwise

High stiffness
Maintains shape
Fatigue resistant

Can be heat gun adjusted at point-of-care
