Hamstrings:
• biceps femoris, semitendinosus, semimembranosus
• patient prone, hip slightly adducted and knee flexed
• stabilise pelvis with one hand; with other hand apply resistance to the posterior distal aspect of lower leg
• have patient flex knee against this resistance
