Technique:
Needle inserted at base of toe lateral to extensor hallucis longus tendon  inject 0.25cc to raise wheal  push needle plantarly, injecting anaesthetic as go  inject 0.25cc at plantar lateral aspect of toe. Withdraw needle and repeat on medial side. Find Weird and Wonderful Books at AbeBooks
