Gradient down limb is normal.
Cold feet may be indicative of peripheral vascular disease – but ‘tense’ people and those with an overactive sympathetic nervous system may also have cold feet.
Has been shown to only have a sensitivity of 65% and specificity of 47% for the diagnosis of an ABI <0.5 in those with diabetes .
