Skin innervation/Cutaneous zones:
Area of skin innervated single peripheral nerve. Distributions are approximate, variable and overlap is common:

Femoral nerve  medial leg and anterior thigh
Sciatic nerve  proximal posterior leg and posterior thigh
Superficial peroneal nerve  lateral leg and dorsum of foot
Deep peroneal nerve  between first and second toes
Tibial nerve  heel and posterior leg
Medial & lateral plantar  plantar surface of foot
