Acute pandysautonomia/acute autonomic neuropathy (ANN):
Rare; involvement of both sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems; somatic fibres not affected; rare; usually have orthostatic hypotension, anhidrosis, cold or heat intolerance, reduced salivation, nausea, vomiting, bowel and bladder disturbances, fixed heart rate; symptoms evolve over a few days to months; cause unknown; treatment is symptomatic
