Have a true nucleus enclosed by a nuclear membrane.

Cell membrane (plasma membrane):
Composed of proteins and phospholipids – regulate passage of nutrients, waste products and secretions into and out of cell.
Has property of selective permeability.

Nucleus:
Surrounded by nuclear membrane

Cytoplasm:

Cell Wall:

Flagella and Cilia:
Some eukaryotic cells have these long thin projections
