Fibrosarcoma:
Malignant infiltrative connective tissue lesion; M=F, more common in ages 40-60; usually presents as painful mass in major long bones – also swelling; aggressive tumour (high recurrence rate); slow growing
X-ray – poorly defined, destructive, radiolucent lesion of metaphysis
Treatment – wide excision – radiotherapy and radiation
