Interosseous Lipoma:
Benign tumour of fatty tissue
Usually long bones – usually fibula, femur and tibia (15% in calcaneus)
Most are asymptomatic – may get soft tissue swelling and pain.
X-ray – osteolytic lesion; well defined sclerotic margin
