Parathyroid hormone resistance syndrome/Pseudohypoparathyroidism:
Syndrome that consists of increased secretion of parathyroid hormone, target tissue unresponsiveness to PTH, decreased levels of calcium and increased levels of phosphate.

Short fourth metacarpal (when clench fist  ‘knuckle, knuckle, dimple, knuckle’ sign) occurs in up to 70% (up to 40% have short fourth metatarsal).
