Tuberous sclerosis:
Triad of epilepsy, mental retardation and skin signs.
Autosomal dominant (50% are new mutations)

Koenen’s tumours/subungual and periungual fibromas:
• develop of puberty
• firm coloured growths, 5-10mm long that project from nailfold and/or beneath the nail plate
