Coleman Block Test

Coleman Block Test:
Test to evaluate if an inverted rearfoot in a cavus foot is flexible or rigid.
Postion of posterior aspect of heel is noted during standing. A block or book is place under heel and lateral forefoot, with nothing under medial forefoot. Note position of rearfoot – if it corrects, it is flexible.
