Medial calcaneal nerve:
Branch from tibial nerve  passes anterior and inferior to achilles tendon  posterior heel  medial and lateral plantar branches innervate plantar and medial aspects of foot. 1 cm above medial malleolus  branches into medial and lateral plantar nerves.
