Talocalcaneal:
• For middle facet incision over sustentaculum tali dissection posterior tibialis tendon reflected dorsally, FDL and FHL retracted plantarly
• Ostotomes above and below bar to carefully resect
Post-op- splinted in inversion; begin ROM exercises at 2 weeks; protected WB at 2 weeks
