Medial Oblique (MO) projection:
Non-weightbearing:
Patient seated on a chair close or close to the orthoposer. Film is horizontal with foot on film tilted at an angle of 150, 300, 450, 600. A block wedge is placed under the medial aspect of the foot.
Central is directed at medial cuneiform, 900 to the film.
Weightbearing:
Patient standing in angle and base of gait on film– central beam is at 45º aimed at medial cuneiform from the medial side
