Neuropathic Ulcer
May be neuroischaemic/mixed ulcer
Clinical features:
Occur over areas of pressure/weightbearing in insensate feet; usually have/had callus or heloma’s overlying ulcer; surrounded by white halo of fibrous tissue or hyperkeratosis; usually deep, penetrating ulcers; moist; painless; red base; pulses usually present
