Haglund’s deformity/Calcaneal prominence resection
Surgery indicated if 6-12 months of conservative care unsuccessful; increased Fowler/Phillip angle
Medial or lateral incision 1.5cm anterior to Achilles
Disection; resect bursa and Achilles; osteotomet remove; reattach tendon via drill holes
