Stress Fracture of Fibula
Not as common as tibia (reduced weightbearing).
Due to muscular contraction and torsion force through bone.
Clinical features:
Vague lateral leg or ankle pain of insidious onset; focal tenderness on palpation;
Treatment:
Rest from aggravating activity (use alternative activity)
