Psoriatic arthritis:
Periostitis; distal tuft resorption; ‘ivory’ phalanx; IPJ involvement of hallux; widening of joint spaces; normal mineralisation of bone; ‘pencil-in-cup’ deformity of MPJ’s
Reiter’s Disease:
Heel spur; thickening of achilles; calcaneal erosions;
Ankylosing spondylitis:
Bone spurs at plantar and posterior aspect of calcaneus;
Enteropathic arthritis:
Soft tissue oedema; peri-articular osteoporosis; joint space narrowing; erosions; periostitis; sclerosis
