Allied OSI Labs are a custom made foot orthotic facility founded in 1978 by Anthony Miller that is based in Indianapolis, Indiana. They have a full range of different custom made foot orthotics including the Blake Inverted, and the Braver Ballet orthotic. Allied OSI also make the TOM-CAT Foot Scanner available to customers.
They previously made the Mueller TPD foot orthotic, but no longer offer this.
