Cronbach’s Alpha

“Cronbach’s alpha is a common measure of internal consistency (a measure of reliability). It is used to determine how much the items on a scale are measuring the same underlying dimension. It is most commonly used when you have multiple Likert questions in a survey/questionnaire that form a scale or subscale, and you wish to determine if the scale is reliable. It is also often used in conjunction with a data reduction technique such as principal components analysis (PCA) or factor analysis.” Find Weird and Wonderful Books at AbeBooks
