Archway Orthotics are a custom made foot orthotic facility established in 2010 and are based in Shannon, Ireland that have a full range of plastic and EVA foot orthotics. They use the Sharp Shape CAD CAM system and CNC milling of the foot orthotics. They also offer the Share Shape foot scanner to customers.

I have been working with Mark Ninio who Has been providing Langer orthotics for my patients for 50 years. He now informs me he can no longer provide this service?!
He told my patient it took three months to obtain a pair from you and on another occasion the casts went missing altogether.
Please explain what is going on and whether we can expect things to improve.
