Anterior compartment:
Clinical features:
Pain during exercise felt lateral to anterior border of tibia. Sometimes paraesthesia in first interspace. Anterior compartment feels tight to palpation.
Treatment:
Activity modification; transverse frictions; vacuum cupping; surgery (fasciotomy)
